The romantic relationship between Jennifer Obayuwana and her new man Peter Saleh might be in trouble after all.
Only recently, there were talks of how the couple had been spotted in Paris taking part in the Love Lock, a tradition in the part of France where lovers write their partner’s name on a padlock, close it up simultaneously and attach it to a bridge as a sign of togetherness.
With Jennifer and Peter recently taking part in the tradition many had thought that their romance was heaven bound. This might however not be so, as what is binding them together is set to be dissolved, with The Love Lock Tradition set to be abolished.
The city of Paris has decided that to end the tradition of tourists coming over and dumping bits of metal all over its bridges.
Starting from Monday, June 1st the padlocks will be removed from the Pont Des Arts & plexiglass panels will soon replace the grills. The Pont Des Arts has been the most popular bridge with up to 1 million locks thought to be attached to the railings.
So, for the duo of Jennifer and Peter who really believe in the tradition this might just be a big challenge for their romance or not?.
