Churches and mosques in Lagos State will re-open on Sunday, August 7.
This was revealed by the Lagos State government led by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.
Governor Sanwo-Olu gave the order for worship centers to re-open on Saturday, July 31, during his update on the Coronavirus pandemic in the state.
He also approved an increase in public gatherings capacity from 20 to 50 people, while night clubs remain shut.
Recall that worship centers and other social gatherings were banned in the state in March as part of efforts to curb the spread of coronavirus.
