Like Obafemi Hamzat, Like Babajide Sanwo Olu

For some people, there is no crime in visiting the sins of the father on the son.
This postulation appears to be one that erstwhile Governor of Lagos State, Akinwunmi Ambode agrees with.
Following the death of Oba Olatunji Hamzat, the father of the current Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Obafemi Hamzat, many had speculated that Ambode would skip the eight-day Fidau prayer of the deceased.
True to speculation, the man was one of those conspicuously absent at the event, and even at the burial proper which took place in Ogun State days later.
The no-show treatment meted out on Hamzat is what Sanwo-Olu also got, as Ambode was absent at the formal inauguration ceremony of his successor.
