Presently, a team consisting of Governors, Ministers and top All Progressive Congress (APC) stalwarts are currently at the palace of the Emir of Kano, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, to formalise plans for the wed.
The delegation led by Governor Abubakar Badaru of Jigawa State are in Kano to fine-tune the wedding plan.
Former Zamfara Governor, Abdul ‘ aziz Yari Abubakar, is among the delegation.
The Emir of Bichi is the younger brother of the Emir of Kano, who is currently hosting the delegation from the president.
Zahra Bayero, is the 19-year-old daughter of the Emir of Bichi, Alhaji Dr. Nasir Bayero.
The wedding will hold between August and September.
