Singer and songwriter, Asake has revealed the inspiration behind his highly successful song MMS.
Speaking during an interview at the recently held Grammys, Asake said the song was basically his grass to grace story.
He said; “It’s me telling my story. That’s the summary of the song, it’s just me telling my own story. I come from grass now to grace. That’s about giving thanks to God for putting me in the position I really want to be in life.”
Appreciating Wizkid for his role in the song, Asake added that being nominated for the Grammys is a win for him.
