Music artiste have condemned the action of Senator Elisha Abbo representing Adamawa-North senatorial district.
Senator Abbo, the youngest in the Senate has been under fire for assaulting a lady in an Abuja adult shop.
Taking to social media, MI described the senator as a woman beater, while criticising the police officer who stood by, as the lady was assaulted.
Mavin Record boss, Don Jazzy, called on Vice President Yemi Osinbajo to ensure justice for the assaulted lady. In a tweet, he said that the action should not go unpunished.
“If the Senate is a serious place, Elisha Abbo should not even be able to enter the Senate on the next sitting,” Peter Okoye popular as Mr. P wrote on Twitter.
Other entertainers have also condemned the action of the Senator.
