Nigerian musician, Wizkid, is not new to music controversies.
In the past, the singer has been dragged for one music-related reason or the other.
Presently, he is swimming in a controversy that is tied to his latest single titled ‘Joro’.
According to Northboi, the producer of the song, the beat of the song was released to Wizkid under duress.
“He even threatened me with a gun one time for asking for the contract of Joro,” Northboi tweeted when asked why he released the beat for the song without a contract.
According to the producer who is also responsible for producing Wizkid’s hit song ‘Soco’, the ‘Ojuelegba’ singer’s gun threats didn’t start with the song ‘Joro’.
Northboi revealed that he was also threatened by the singer when they worked together on a song that featured Damian Marley, the son of late Bob Marley.
