The Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) Epe Branch has paid a courtesy visit to the Oba of Epeland, HRM Oba Kamorudeen Ishola Animashaun.
The delegation, which was led by the branch’s Chairman, Dr. S. O. Jimoh, also had the Vice Chairman of the branch, Deacon Ivo Takor, and the Publicity Secretary, Mr. Anthony Sidi.
Also on the delegation were Mr. Michael Bayowa, Alhaji T. A. Ogunlaja, and Mr. Oludare E. Adesanya.
Speaking during the visit, Dr. Jimoh noted that the purpose of the visit was to felicitate with the monarch on the occasion of his 80th birthday event which was celebrated weeks earlier, adding that the branch was represented by Alhaji T. A. Ogunlaja at the event.
Dr. Jimoh, who offered prayers for the Oba, also took the opportunity to inform him about the branch’s recent acquisition of one and a half plots of land for the construction of a Secretariat Complex, even as he solicited for the Oba’s assistance in all ramifications.
Reacting to the visit, the monarch appreciated NBA Epe for the visit, adding that the body can be assured of his support in all they do. Also, he assured Dr. Jimoh of an enduring partnership between the kingdom and NBA Epe.
