Nigerian artistes such as Olamide, Kizz Daniel, and Skales are enjoying global rave review presently.
The review comes via Senegalese-American singer Akon’s latest album titled ‘Akonda’.
Consisting of several songs including ‘Control’, ‘Scammers’, ‘Low Waist’, and ‘Take Your Place’, ‘Akonda’ which is Akon’s fifth album and his debut Afrobeat body of work has been described as a complete package.
‘Akonda’ is part of Akon’s plan of ending the decade on a high by dropping an album every month before December.
In September, he dropped ‘El Negreeto’, and has followed it with up with ‘Akonda’, an Afrobeat- focused album. ‘The Konnect’ which will focus on Hip-Hop and R&B will drop in November, as Akon rounds off the decade
