Nigerian International and Chelsea wing-back, Victor Moses, is heading for Turkish club, Fenerbahce.
Moses is set to join the team on loan, as Chelsea close in on the transfer.
Milliyet a Turkish news outlet announced the signing after Fenerbahce’s game with Bursaspor on Monday, January 21 .
Fenerbahce are in the relegation zone after the first stanza of the Super Lig and seek reinforcements in the winter transfer market.
After 17 matches they sit on 17th in the 18-team table with 16 points, just four points more than the basement team Rizespor.
According to Fotspor, Victor Moses is demanding 200,000 euros (approximately N81.2 million) if he helps the Istanbul club avoid relegation and wants to be compensated for the loss of his image if they are demoted.
Once the loan deal from Chelsea is announced, Fenerbahce will cover Moses’s entire wages for the next five months, around £2.86m.
Moses has barely played for Chelsea this season with only 28 minutes of league action and his only full game came against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup back in September.
The 28-year-old’s career began at Crystal Palace, having come up through their youth ranks but soon left for Wigan in 2010.
Moses enjoyed a successful spell at Wigan and earned a move to Chelsea just two years later.
He retained his place in the team for Conte’s second season in charge but has been deemed surplus to requirements under Maurizio Sarri.
