A fresh controversy is trailing Fuji musician, Abass Akande Obesere. This time, the trouble is between the musician and his promoter, Alhaji Taofeek Bello Abefe, the boss of Solid Worth Entertainment.
Abefe is holding Obesere responsible for leaking the video of his new song, Ebelesua, which was supposed to be released alongside other videos in the album.
The video was leaked to online music websites. Presently, the promoter is threatening to sue the artiste.
Reacting to the development, Obesere said that he knew nothing about the leak.
According to him, “I know nothing about the video leak. I was even astonished when Solid Worth called and accused me of being responsible for the leak. When the video was leaked, a copy of the video was still with the director. So I know nothing about the leak and I’m sure that the director cannot do such a thing because he’s honest having worked with me and the promoter for over five years now.”
The video in question features indigenous rap artist Olamide with a cameo appearance by comic actor, Afeez Oyetoro, famously known as Saka, Jaywon.
