Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 election has reacted to threats by Amaka Patience Sunnberger a Canada-based Nigerian woman to poison Yorubas and Edo natives in the country.

Reacting to the woman via a series of social media post on X, Obi condemned  the statement saying that such divisive comments have no place in the Nigerian society.

Recall that Sunnberger and her fellow compatriots were having a discussion on a TikTok space when she made the threat. According to her, other tribes have marginalized Igbos enough and it is time for them to be eradicated.

The woman who resides in Ontario threatened to start poisoning the meals of her Yoruba colleagues at work.
