Ondo 2020 Live: Flashes Of Unrest Recorded In Election

Flashes of unrest have been recorded in the ongoing Ondo State gubernatorial election with gunshots reported to have been heard at Polling Unit 11, Edo Lodge in Oke Ijebu, Akure,
Other areas where friction has been recorded include Okiti Pupa, Oke Ijebu, Oke Idanre.
There were also unconfirmed reports of a person reportedly killed in a fracas that happed in ward 6, unit 4. Varying reports also have it that the person attacked was in the hospital.
Speaking on the issue, Deputy Commandant General at NSCDC, Hilary Madu said that indeed there was such speculation, but that there was a need to confirm the incident and the true situation.
