It is the dream of parents that their scion live long after them.
For Madam Comfort Faramobi Ajoke Olasoji Soji-Opa, the maternal grandmother of the Arole Oduduwa Olofin Adimula, Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, the Ooni of Ife, this is something she has achieved.
Madam Soji-Opa recently passed on at her residence in Ile-Ife, Osun State at the age of 103.
Described as an industrious woman who was a prominent food trader during her active days, she is set to be buried today in a low-key affair devoid of a carnival-like party.
The matriarch of Opa’s compound would be remembered by her children, grandchildren as well as members of Alatunse of Ethiopian Church, Ile-Ife for her service to humanity.
