Ericmany Record has resolved its crisis with artiste, Runtown.
Runtown and his record label, Ericmany Records, owned by Okwudili Umenyiora had been at loggerheads due to poor accountability of funds meant for the label and nonpayment of the artiste’s royalty and threat to his life.
During the crisis, the record label got an injunction restraining the artiste from performing anywhere in the world.
Resolving the issues between them, the label released a statement saying that “Ericmany Entertainment Limited has reconciled and welcomed back our act ‘Runtown’ with a peaceful agreement being reached.
Runtown can now perform in Nigeria, United States and any part of the world with all bookings being approved by his Record Label and going through the right Channel.”
As part of the resolution, the label also unveiled Isaac Egere as its new manager.
