Uche Edochie might not be as popular as his brother Yul Edochie, but he has his own fair share of fame.
The son of veteran actor Pete Edochie recently flashed back to a period in his life when things were challenging.
Reflecting on how rough things were for him then, he revealed that he had to sell his new car to start all over after his houses were demolished.
The younger Edochie who said that he had a plan for how his life would go and he was on track revealed that things took a turn for bad when in 2013, he started building a mansion and a duplex, unaware that it was on marshy land and others who had built in the area lost their homes.
He stated that After building, his house began dipping below the water level and he had no choice but to demolish both structures.
Furthermore, he revealed that he had to sell his car to start all over, adding that attempting to rebuild took years because the economy had taken a nosedive and government officials were also attacking.
Edochie said it was a tough period but he eventually came out of that ordeal. Speaking of the lesson he learnt from his ordeal, he wrote, “Good times teach us nothing. We grow more in adversity. So pain is essential.”
