A 15-year-old girl is set to be married off to Izuchukwu Igwilo, an allegedly demented man from the wealthy Igwilo family in Ozubulu community in Anambra state.
Recently, family members of the man visited the family of the girl who is from Ihiala community to make their intentions known.
