The Lagos state police command has revealed details of the crisis that took place in Ojota in the early hours of today Monday, January 9.
According to the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, the trouble started after Yoruba Nation Agitators came out in their hundreds.
Hundeyin stated that the agitators disrupted social and commercial activities at Ojota area of the state.
Also, he said the members of the secessionist group shot at two police officers during the clash, but added that calm has been restored to the area.
He added that one person died in the crisis.
