Nigerian star act, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie popular as Patoranking forgot his manners at home when he travelled to Uganda.
The “Girlie O” singer was however taught some lessons, as Ugandan immigration officers showed him that his fame was yet to go beyond Nigeria.
Patoranking was arrested and detained at Entebbe International Airport, Uganda.
According to the report, the Alubarika singer, was arrested on Tuesday, August 2, for failing to adhere to check-in rules.
Patoranking, who only dropped his debut album titled God Above Everything a day before failed to adhere to check-in rules and above all he had not secured his entry visa, we were informed.
“He was just told to remove his cap for security check-up but he chose not to listen to instructions. He was denied entry and arrested for disobeying lawful check in orders”, said a source who further added that Patoranking believed he was too ‘big’ and would be treated like a superstar on arrival.
He was detained for over 7 hours, but later released and granted visa after apologizing.
