How time flies. Years back, Jim Nwobodo was one of the hottest commodities in the politics of Anambra State. He was treated with royalty and even considered the god father of the state’s politics.
However, today he has been reduced to a common debtor who has been ordered to vacate his palatial mansion in high brow Maitama, Abuja.
A High Court in Abuja has order the Senator to vacate his six bedroom mansion and handover the property to the rightful owner, Adin-Miles International Limited.
Senator Nwobodo, was sent packing from his mansion located at 24, Ona Crescent, Plot 768 Cadastral, Zone A5, Maitama, Abuja, following his refusal to pay his rent after the expiration of his tenancy.
In his judgment, Justice S.B Belgore also ordered Nwobodo to pay the sum of N11 million, as arrears on the rent on the property.
