At least seven health workers have tested positive for Coronavirus in Borno state.
This position was confirmed by Dr. Salihu Kwaya-Bura, Secretary of Borno High Powered Response Team on Convid-19.
Kwaya-Bura, who is also the state’s Commissioner for Health made the announcement on Friday, April 24.
According to him, the state has recorded 15 cases including two deaths. The commissioner who thanked Borno residents for complying with the lockdown order issued by the state government, said they are currently working on modifying the lockdown order following the declaration of Ramadan.
