Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi, has died at the age of 83 years.
He was the longest reigning Alaafin, having ruled for 52 years.
He died in the late hours of Friday, April 22, at the Afe Babalola University Teaching Hospital, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.
