Contrary to widespread speculation that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Lagos office, arrested an AGM of Keystone Bank in person of Rowly Isioro and his wife, Ovuomarhoni Naomi Isioro, we can inform you that there is more to the report. It is cheap blackmail by those behind the publication on social media and selected news platforms.
Facts confirmed by www.theoctopusnews.com revealed that Isioro who was arrested by the EFCC is an ex-staff of the Keystone Bank and had left its employ years back.
www.theoctopusnews.com, can also confirm the supposed AGM was no longer a staff of the bank as at the time he was arrested fo an alleged involvement in Business Email Compromise, (BEC), and money laundering.
A statement credited to the EFCC confirmed that Rowly was allegedly relieved of his appointment with the bank as a result of his involvement in the money laundering scheme.
Reacting to the blackmail of the bank, a top management staff of the financial institution who spoke with us under the condition of annonimity wondered how a man who had left the bank years back can be so easily associate with the financial institution because he was arrested for fraud.
Isioro was under the employ of Keystone Bank for 11 years and 3 months before parting ways with them.
