Nigeria’s telephone usage has hit an all time high with subscribers hitting 208 million.
This information is according to the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC).
Prof Umar Danbatta, the Executive Vice-Chairman made the disclosure in Abuja.
He said the nation’s broadband pen*tration also peaked at 45. 07 percent as of November 2020. He spoke during a load down of new developments in the telecommunications industry to the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Communications and Digital Economy, Festus Daudu.
