Many would remember Illnostro Records as the home of Tesh Carter and label mate, Tiveri.
In 2015, the label with a studio in Mende, Maryland, Lagos told us that it was positioned for greater things. Its flagship artistes were Tesh Carter and Tiveri with a couple of in-house producers.
With Tesh Carter dropping singles and videos, many began to believe in the dreams of the label and its artistes, until it was truncated with the news of Tesh Carter putting to bed.
Since Tesh Carter became a mother, her career has not been as active as it used to be leaving the fortunes of Illnostro Records hanging in the balance.
Questions about Illnostro Records’ other acts have also been asked, as the label appears to have fallen into a limbo of sort.
