Multi-award-winning thespian, Kate Henshaw, has explained why she is against the idea of an expensive burial ceremony.
The actress, took to social media to ask why people hold expensive burials for the dead, adding that she preferred the Islamic style of quickly burying the dead.
In a tweet she posted on Twitter, the actress said Christians tend to pay lip service to the words in the Holy Bible.
She wrote:
”We pay lip service to the words in our holy book. Why are you burying the dead in a tiled grave, 24 hours electricity and such an expensive coffin? Are they expected to wake to move around?? Let them rest in peace truly. I like the Muslim way of burial”.
