As the boss of the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS), Tunde Fowler was up and about.
He partied with the richest and drank with the finest individuals in town from Lagos State to Abuja, that was the lifestyle of the chubby dark-complexioned man.
Amidst speculations of a renewed tenure in office, Fowler lost his job, fell from grace to grass and appeared to have remained there.
Since being replaced by Muhammad Nami, Fowler has simply been hibernating with next to nothing heard about him.
Fowler’s hibernation has been linked to likely investigation by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), following allegations of a N7 billion tax refund scam that raised eyebrows in the wake of his removal from office.
