A group of women and youths under the aegis of Women for Buhari (W4B) on Tuesday, December 1, held a rally in Abuja.
The rally was in solidarity for the administration of President Mohammadu Buhari.
According to the women, Nigerians have been unpatriotic via acts of sabotage against the government of President Buhari.
Led by Halima Attah, the women marched in their numbers and urged citizens never to allow themselves to be used to destabilize the country.
The group also called on the agents of destabilization and chaos to desist from the act.
Attah also alleged that many individuals and groups who have benefited from the rot in the system do not like President Buhari’s administration because it has not been business as usual since 2015 when he assumed office.
Attah said some of these disgruntled individuals or groups have ganged up to cause a crisis of unimaginable proportion all in a bid to discredit his efforts towards making Nigeria great again.
The leader of the women group said they will continue to support President Buhari. She said: “The Women for Buhari would not relent in its efforts towards rallying the much needed and well-deserved support for President Muhammadu Buhari as he continues to pilot the affairs of our great country.
“Consequently, we have come out in our numbers to lend our voices to this movement of progressive-minded people to ensure that the enemies of Nigeria do not have their way in their nefarious plot to destabilize the country.”
