The founder of Felabration, a music fiesta that celebrates Fela Anikulapo Kuti’s pedigree wrote: “Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers in the World. A woman is a mother even if she doesn’t have biological children. It is her natural instinct to nurture. So all the ladies I hope you had a great day.”
Yeni is the elder sister of Femi and Seun Kuti, two other scions of the Afrobeat maestro.
