Fans of Zlatan Ibile have questioned the authenticity of the Headies Award voting system.
Barely a week after the Zanku crooner lost the three categories in which he was nominated for in the Headies Awards, he picked the same number of trophies at the Annual African Muzik Magazine Awards.
The artiste picked the award for the ‘Best Collaboration’ with the song ‘Killin Dem’. The same song won the ‘Best Song of the Year’ category, while Zlatan Ibile also went home with the award for ‘Best New Act’ of the year.
Music pundits have thus questioned how an artiste who lost three categories in an award picked the same number of awards in another.
